Falafel is delicious Vegan Lebanese Recipe. Its so famous in Germany and whole of Europe. This recipe comes for rescue for so many people here in deutschland. The Döner Imbisses have flourished over the years and the Turkish and Lebanese have spread  their identity with these statement and highly commercial recipes which without a doubt tastes super yummy. They have never adjusted the Ingredients with the current modern tastes but have in groomed and hold the very age old taste since years together. Europe for sure cannot stay without the Döner Imbiss .

Its very easy to make if all the authentic ingredients are available. The main ingredients are Chickpea which are soaked overnight. Then Parsley, onions and lots of Garlic. I have tried to follow their authentic way of making the recipe. Here we go with the details..

Ingredients:
chickpea – 2 cups
Parsley- 1/2 bunch
garlic- 7-8
onion- 1/2
Cauliflower- 3-4 florets
salt
coriander seeds-1 tsp
cumin seeds- 2 tsp
black pepper
oil- for frying
Falafel wraps:
Tortillas
Garlic sauce
Red chilli sauce- sambal olek
Feta cheese
mixed salad – diced(iceberg lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, olives)
Falafel
Process:
1.Soak the chickpeas over night in enough water. Then grind it less corse in a mixer grinder. Then in the grinder add, onion, garlic, cauliflower and parsley and grind it.
2.Now mix all the spices mentioned above and add to the chickpea mixture.
Heat the oil. Make patty out of the mixture and add to the oil. Let it fry without letting it move. It will turn into dark braun colour. Now let it also fry on medium heat for few minutes.
3.Remove from the oil on a kitchen napkin. Keep aside.
4.For Falafel wraps, Firstly heat a pan and roast the Tortillas on both the sides.
5.On the platform, place the Tortilla. To it add the garlic sauce and also red sauce. Add the Falafel, salad, feta cheese. Add some more sauce.
6.Now cover the tortilla from one side and tuck it neatly. Now place it on the pan again to roast.
7.Yummy Falafel wraps are ready to eat.
German:
Zutaten
Kichererbse – 2 Tassen
Petersilie – 1/2 Bündel
Knoblauch – 7-8
Zwiebel – 1/2
Blumenkohl – 3-4 Blümchen
Koriander entsamt 1 tsp
Kümmel – 2 tsp
Salz
Pfeffer
Öl – für das Braten
Wraps von Falafel:
Tortillas
Knoblauchsoße
rote Chilisoße – Sambal olek
Schafskäse (Feta)
gemischter salat- gewürfelt (Eisbergsalat, Zwiebel, Tomate, Gurke, Glockenpfeffer, Oliven)
Falafel
Zubereitung:
1. Das Kichererbsen in genug Wasser ubernacht einweichen. Dann schroten es in einem Mixerschleifer. Dann im Schleifer, tragen Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Blumenkohl und Petersilie bei und schleifen es.
2. Tragen Sie jetzt alle Gewürze, die oben erwähnt sind, und tragen Sie zur Kichererbsenmischung bei. Heizen Sie das Öl. Machen Sie Pastetchen aus der Mischung und tragen Sie zum Öl bei. Lassen Sie es braten, ohne es sich bewegen zu lassen. Es wird sich in dunkle braun Farbe verwandeln. Lassen Sie es jetzt auch auf der mittleren Hitze seit wenigen Minuten braten.
3. Ziehen Sie vom Öl auf einer Küchenserviette um. Behalten Sie beiseite.
4. Für Falafel- Wraps, heizen Sie Erstens eine Pfanne und rösten Sie die Tortillas auf beiden die Seiten.
5. Auf der Plattform, legen Sie die Tortilla. Dazu fügen die Knoblauchsoße und auch rote Soße hinzu. Fügen Sie Falafel, Salat, Schafskäse hinzu. Fügen Sie noch etwas Soße hinzu.
6. Bedecken Sie jetzt die Tortilla von einer Seite und stecken Sie es ordentlich. Legen Sie es jetzt auf der Pfanne wieder, um zu rösten.
7. Prima Falafel-Wraps sind bereit zu essen.
