Potato Corn-Cheese balls|Kartoffel Maiz-Käsebällchen

Friends and evening snacks sets a wonderful ambience. And so Potatoes, cheese and corn set a very good combination too…! Its easy evening snacks. Very famous wit kids. Its crunchy, cheesy and full of veggies. It tastes even better when served hot. The main ingredients as i said is Potatoes, corn, cheese. Then you are free to add any veggies you wish, But Sweet corn is a must. For bread crumbs you can use any, white bread crumbs or one available at house. The layers of cornflour, all purpose flour and breadcrumbs is what makes the balls super crunchy and yummy. Do try at home once and call your friends for sure!

Ingredients:
Potatoes- boiled and mashed -3
Cheddar cheese – 2 tbsp
Corn – 2 tbsp
Bell pepper- 1 tbsp
coriander- 2 tbsp
Green chillies- 3
garlic- 2 cloves
salt
pepper
oil
water
all purpose flour
cornflour
bread crumbs
Process:
1.In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients like boiled and mashed potatoes, cheese, garlic, coriander, chilies, bell pepper, corn, salt, pepper and mix with hand gently.
2.Make round balls and dip it in cornflour powder and keep aside.
3.In a bowl mix a tablespoon of all purpose flour and water and make a runny paste.  Also keep in a plate some bread crumbs.
4.Now dip the ball first in the all purpose flour mix the cover it with breadcrumbs and press it gently so that the balls are  covered properly everywhere on all the sides.
5.Heat oil and deep fry the balls until golden brown and crispy.
6.Serve hot as a snack with garlic-tomato sauce or just ketchup.
German:
Zutaten
Kartoffeln – gekocht und gestampft – 3
Cheddar käse – 2 tbsp
Zuckermais – 2 tbsp
Paprika – 1 tbsp
Koriander – 2 tbsp
Grüner chillies-3
Knoblauch – 2 Nelken
Salz
Pfeffer
Öl
Wasser
Weissemehl
Stärkemehl
Brotkrumel
Zubereitung:
1. In einer Schüssel fügen hinzu, dass alle Zutaten gekocht und getampft Kartoffel, Käse, Knoblauch, Koriander, chilies, Paprika, Zuckermaiz, Salz, Pfeffer und mit der Hand freundlich vermischen.
2. Machen Sie runde Bälle und tauchen Sie es in Stärkemehlpuder und behalten Sie beiseite.
3. In einer Schüssel mischen einen Esslöffel Weissenmehl und Wasser und machen einen laufenden Teig. Behalten Sie auch in einem Teller einige Brotkrumel.
4. Tauchen Sie jetzt ein der Ball zuerst im ganzen Weissenmehl mischen den Deckel es mit Paniermehl/ brotkrumel und drücken es fest, so dass die Bälle richtig überall auf allen Seiten bedeckt werden.
5. Heizen Sie Öl und die Bälle bis goldenes Braun und knusperig gebraten.
6. Geniessen Sie heiß als ein Snack mit Knoblauchtomatensoße oder einfach Ketchup.
