Potatoes and Gram flour is a super yummy combination. Indians have gram flour 24/7 and 365 days at home as there are numerous varieties to make from it. Go to any Indian Restaurants and what they have in their starters is the endless varieties of Pakoras (Bhajias). So here is one more variety of Pakoras which is famous as tea time snack and which is super lekker. It is very easy to make takes hardly some minutes to make.

In Germany i know the fact how much they love Potatoes and Pommes fries. There is Potato as a side dish in every heavy meal. Their set of combinations are just mouth watering. And that is what makes me to do more on Potato and various potato recipes. Cheers for Deutschland and Potatoes.

So here is the detail ingredients in English and German:

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Gram flour
Rice flour (optional)
Cornflour
Garlic
Coriander choppe
Lemon juice
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Caraway seeds
Salt
Soda bicarbonate
Water
Oil
Process:
1.Firstly in a bowl, take all the ingredients like all three flours. Add to it salt, cumin powder, red chilli, caraway seeds, coriander and garlic paste. Mix this by adding water to the flour gradually until you reach a not very thick nor very thin consistency.
2.Then in the end add soda bicarbonate and a tablespoon of lemon juice to it. Keep it aside.
3.Now lets make thin slices of potatoes without removing the cover of it. I used 2 potatoes for 2 people.
4.Heat oil aside and now dip single potato slice into the flour mixture and see to it that the flour has been applied both the side covering it neatly.
5.Directly add it to the oil and fry it deep turning the sides until it becomes crispy.
6.So remove from the oil on a dry napkin and serve it hot with any sauce you prefer eating. Cheers!!
Zutaten:
Kartoffeln
Gramm-Mehl
Reismehl (optional)
Speisestärke
Knoblauch
Koriander gehackte
Zitronesaft
Rotes Chilipuder
Kreuzkümmelpuder
Kümmel samen
Salz
Natron
Wasser
Öl
Prozess:
1. Erstens in einer Schüssel, alle Zutaten wie die drei Mehl nehmen. Dazu Salz, Kreuzkümmelpuder, roten Chili, Kümmel, Koriander und Knoblauchteig hinzugeben. Mischen Sie das mit Wasser bis es eine nicht sehr dicke noch sehr dünne Konsistenz erreichen.
2. Schließlich Natron und einen Esslöffel Zitronesaft dazu geben. Behalten es beiseite.
3. Jetzt dünne Scheiben von Kartoffeln machen, ohne den Deckel davon zu entfernen. Ich habe 2 Kartoffeln für 2 Menschen verwendet.
4. Öl beiseite erhitzen. Jetzt einzelne Kartoffelscheibe in die Mehlmischung tauchen und sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Mehl beide die Seite angewandt ist, und ordentlich bedeckt.
5. Es direkt zu Ol hinzufugen und braten es, bis es knusperig wird.
6. So ,ziehen vom Öl auf einer trockenen Serviette um und heiss mit der Soße, die dir gefaelt essen. Prosit!!

Methi ki sabzi or fenugreek leaves. It is very healthy and is consumed very strictly everywhere in india. It has many health benefits like its full of protiens, mangenese, magnesium, iron, copper and dietery fibers. They are great at regulating sugar levels, fights cancer and aids digestion.This recipe is typically from Maharashtra, India where we make it with the combination of red lentils or Masoor ki dal.. One can also use toor dal or moong dal also. So lets start with the recipe..

Methi ki sabzi
Ingredients:
Fenugreek leaves
red lentils
salt
sugar
red chilli powder
ghee
toor dal
method:
1.firstly clean the fenugreek leaves. Then add water and submerge it for 5 min.
2.In a pan, add oil. Then add the methi leaves while the heat is on high. Saute a little.
3.Then add the red lentil, salt, red chilli powder,sugar. Saute again.
4.In the end add ghee and toor dal already made. (dal is otional)
5.Let it cook for more time. Off the flame. Serve hot with Bhakri or Roti.

Zubereitung:
1. Erstens die Methi blatt reinigen.
2. In einer Pfanne, fügen Sie Öl. Dann einpaar knoblauchzehen zerdrucken. Danach Methi-Blätter, während die Hitze auf hoch ist. Sautieren.
3. Dann fügen Sie die rote Linsen, das Salz, das rote Chilipuder, den Zucker hinzu. Wieder sautieren.
4. Fügen Sie schließlich Ghee und schon gemachte Dal (gelb linsen soup) hinzu. (ist otional)
5. 2 minuten kochen lassen. Mit Bhakri oder Roti geniessen.

Ingredients:
Sweet Corn- 1 tin
Egg white- 1
Cornflour
All purpose flour
Ginger garlic paste
red chili powder
Chaat masala powder
salt
lemon juice
spring onions/ onions
red chilli
coriander chopped
black pepper powder
Process:
1.In a bowl, firstly take salt, red chili and chaat masala. Add to it 1 tbsp cornflour and 1/2 all purpose flour . Cornflour should be more than maida.
2.Now add only one egg white to the mixture and mix it nicely.
3.Add to the mixture, sweet corn and toss it so that it gets covered in the mixture properly.
4.In a plate, take in equal proportion, All purpose flour and corn flour and dip the sweet corn in this four until it is covered with flour.
5.Dust the extra and then fry it adding little at a time. Fry until u get the crunchy sound.
6.Now in a serving bowl, add the fries corns, little spring onions, paprika, coriander, pepper and little lemon juice. toss it with spoon and here you go, crispy corn chaat is ready to eat.
German:
Zutaten:
Zuckermais – 1 Dose
Eiweiss – 1
Stärkemehl
Weisen mehl- 1 tasse
Ingwerknoblauch paste- 1 tl
Rotes Chilipuder – 1 tl
Chaat masala pulver- 1 tl
Salz
Zitronesaft – 1 tl
Frühlingszwiebeln / Zwiebeln
Roter Chili (optional)
Koriander gehackt
Pfeffer
Prozess:
1. In einer Schüssel, nehmen Sie erstens Salz, roten Chili und Chaat masala. Fügen Sie dazu 1 tbsp Stärkemehl und 1/2 Weisen mehl hinzu. Stärkemehl sollte mehr sein als mehl.
2. Fügen Sie jetzt nur ein Eiweiss zur Mischung und mischen Sie es nett.
3. Tragen Sie zur Mischung, dem Zuckermais bei und werfen Sie es, so dass es in der Mischung richtig bedeckt wird.
4. In einem Teller, nehmen Sie jetzt im gleichen Verhältnis, den Mehl und Speisestarke und tauchen Sie den Zuckermais darin , bis es komplett mit Mehl bedeckt wird.
5. Stauben Sie das zusätzliche ab und dann braten Sie es, wenig loeffelweisse. Braten es bis den knusperigen Ton bekommt.
6. Jetzt in einer Schüssel, fügen Sie die Getreide der frites, die kleinen Frühlingszwiebeln, den Paprika, den Koriander, den Pfeffer und wenig Zitronesaft hinzu. werfen Sie es mit dem Löffel, und hier gehen Sie, knusperiger mais ist bereit zu essen.
