Palak Fritters| Frittierte Spinat

Palak or Spinach is actually so bland which has to always in with some combination. Like for example palak- Paneer, Hara Bhara kabab, So even here this fritters is a combination of gram flour and spinach. Now this recipe is mostly done at home and find hardly outside in hotels. This is famous tea time snack which goes so well with the Tea . So tea lovers also love to grab some fritters and spicy snacks while drinking tea. Spinach after frying actually turns out to be more crispy and surely yummy. The batter that we mixing here is really simple and easy to make. One can find all the grounded flour and spices in any Indian grocery shops. So lets begin..!

Ingredients:
Fresh Spinach
Gram flour- 1 cup
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Caraway seeds- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Turmeric- a pinch
Soda bicarbonate- 3 pinches
Lemon juice- half
Chopped Coriander – 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies- 2 tsp
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Water- 1/2 cup
Oil- for frying
Process:
1.Firstly mix all the above listed ingredients in a bowl. Chop coriander, green chillies, and ginger very finely.
2.Add water gradually to mix it into a nice paste( not too running, nor Too thick).
3.Now take some nice fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried.
4.Dip in the batter and fry it in hot oil. Medium the flame in the middle of frying to make it more crispy.
5.Enjoy this tasty pakoras or Fritters with evening tea.

Zutaten:
Frischer Spinat
Gramm-Mehl – 1 Tasse
Reismehl – 2 El
Kümmel – 1 tl
Kreuzkümmelpuder – 1 tl
Salz – laut des Geschmacks
Kurkuma – ein Priese
Sodabikarbonat – 3 Priese
Zitronesaft – Hälb
Gehackter Koriander – 1 El
Gehackter grüner chillies-2 tl
Ingwer – 1/2 Zoll
Wasser – 1/2 Tasse
Öl – für das Braten
Prozess:
1. Erstens alle obengenannten Zutaten in einer Schüssel mischen. Koriander, Grüner chillies und Ingwer sehr fein hacken.
2. Jetzt Wasser allmählich hin, um es in einen netten Teig (nicht zu laufend, noch Zu dick) zu machen.
3. Nehmen Sie jetzt einige frische Spinatblätter, gewaschen und ausgetrocknet.
4. Braten es in heißem Öl. Die Flamme in der Mitte des Bratens, um es knusperiger zu machen.
5. Genießen Sie diesen geschmackvollen Frittierete Spinat mit dem Abend tee.
