AlooBhajia| Potato fritters| Fritierte Kartoffel

Potatoes and Gram flour is a super yummy combination. Indians have gram flour 24/7 and 365 days at home as there are numerous varieties to make from it. Go to any Indian Restaurants and what they have in their starters is the endless varieties of Pakoras (Bhajias). So here is one more variety of Pakoras which is famous as tea time snack and which is super lekker. It is very easy to make takes hardly some minutes to make.

In Germany i know the fact how much they love Potatoes and Pommes fries. There is Potato as a side dish in every heavy meal. Their set of combinations are just mouth watering. And that is what makes me to do more on Potato and various potato recipes. Cheers for Deutschland and Potatoes.

So here is the detail ingredients in English and German:

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Gram flour
Rice flour (optional)
Cornflour
Garlic
Coriander choppe
Lemon juice
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Caraway seeds
Salt
Soda bicarbonate
Water
Oil
Process:
1.Firstly in a bowl, take all the ingredients like all three flours. Add to it salt, cumin powder, red chilli, caraway seeds, coriander and garlic paste. Mix this by adding water to the flour gradually until you reach a not very thick nor very thin consistency.
2.Then in the end add soda bicarbonate and a tablespoon of lemon juice to it. Keep it aside.
3.Now lets make thin slices of potatoes without removing the cover of it. I used 2 potatoes for 2 people.
4.Heat oil aside and now dip single potato slice into the flour mixture and see to it that the flour has been applied both the side covering it neatly.
5.Directly add it to the oil and fry it deep turning the sides until it becomes crispy.
6.So remove from the oil on a dry napkin and serve it hot with any sauce you prefer eating. Cheers!!
Zutaten:
Kartoffeln
Gramm-Mehl
Reismehl (optional)
Speisestärke
Knoblauch
Koriander gehackte
Zitronesaft
Rotes Chilipuder
Kreuzkümmelpuder
Kümmel samen
Salz
Natron
Wasser
Öl
Prozess:
1. Erstens in einer Schüssel, alle Zutaten wie die drei Mehl nehmen. Dazu Salz, Kreuzkümmelpuder, roten Chili, Kümmel, Koriander und Knoblauchteig hinzugeben. Mischen Sie das mit Wasser bis es eine nicht sehr dicke noch sehr dünne Konsistenz erreichen.
2. Schließlich Natron und einen Esslöffel Zitronesaft dazu geben. Behalten es beiseite.
3. Jetzt dünne Scheiben von Kartoffeln machen, ohne den Deckel davon zu entfernen. Ich habe 2 Kartoffeln für 2 Menschen verwendet.
4. Öl beiseite erhitzen. Jetzt einzelne Kartoffelscheibe in die Mehlmischung tauchen und sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Mehl beide die Seite angewandt ist, und ordentlich bedeckt.
5. Es direkt zu Ol hinzufugen und braten es, bis es knusperig wird.
6. So ,ziehen vom Öl auf einer trockenen Serviette um und heiss mit der Soße, die dir gefaelt essen. Prosit!!
